Your child doesn’t know that their vision is abnormal – so bring them for an eye test to get it checked.

A huge amount what a child learns is presented visually, so making sure your son or daughter has good vision can make a big difference to them at school and at home.

Although most children undergo vision screening at nursery, you should still bring them in to get their eyes tested fully before they start school.

We would suggest that you bring your child in around the age of four- or earlier if you have any concerns.

The Optical Factor has a comprehensive range of frames in lots of styles and colours. We also stock a range of Tomato Glasses for very young children.

Keep your child’s eyes healthy

We also offer thinned down lenses at no extra charge. This can have a huge effect on the appearance of the specs and the weight on little noses.

The team at The Optical Factor are very patient and very experienced at putting children at ease – and aim to make the eye test and getting glasses a fun experience.
